Low Carb Copycat Chicken Flame Broiler Bowl

Flame Broiler is a pretty new fast food chain that has popped up here in southern california. They make these delicious bowls with rice, veggies and charbroiled/grilled meat on top. You can also choose from a variety of sauces to add. Magic sauce, hot sauce or extra hot sauce.  This was one of my favorite places because the healthy options. Once going low carb/keto I began to get my bowls without the rice and just veggies/meat.  One day I decided to start trying to make it at home. I always love to remake yummy foods from fast food/restaurants into my own healthier versions.  I had a great fall and winter growing season. I grew some huge flat dutch cabbages. Keto Skirt Steak Taco Shells

Skirt Steak Taco Shells. Say What?!? Is it even possible? Oh yes!....It is Possible!! And easy/fast to make!! Me and my family had our usual favorite which we love to enjoy once summer rolls around..Carne Asada!! We love to grill in the summer so we don't have to heat the house up even more with the oven.  We had leftovers of this delicious and very thin grilled skirt steak. I usually enjoy it with warm corn tortillas, diced onions, cilantro, sour cream, and cheese.  Being now on the Keto Diet, I knew the corn tortillas were out of the question! I had to figure out a tortilla and was not in the mood to make the classic keto taco shells. I looked at the pieces of very thin flat skirt steak and had an idea! I would use it as a taco shell/tortilla!  I warmed up my skirt steak and put it on a plate. I added sour cream, onions, cilantro, cheese and avocado. It was delicious! You can add any toppings you like. Lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, etc. Wrap it up like a tac
